gbajji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbajji ("gbajji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at gbajji.bid. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the gbajji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gbajji platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gbajji website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at gbajji.bid.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account for use on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome, sports event, or any other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures required under anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on gbajji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of gbajji or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by gbajji for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the Platform or under any self-exclusion scheme applicable to your account.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before using the Platform.

gbajji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the gbajji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gbajji employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts without notice upon detection, forfeiting any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. gbajji will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration or subsequent KYC processes.

Account credentials — specifically your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gbajji immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gbajji Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbajji supports the following payment channels for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Wallet in real time upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. gbajji does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the payment channel used to fund your Account (source-of-funds matching policy).
• Withdrawals requested before 6:00pm Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed the same business day. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are published in the Platform FAQ.
• gbajji reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our internal risk systems. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.

Players may only withdraw funds that have been deposited from, and will be returned to, payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party funding and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gbajji offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless specified otherwise, casino slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the offer. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in individual offer terms.
• Bet Size Restrictions: During active bonus play, maximum single-bet and single-spin limits may apply. Bets placed in excess of these limits while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless gbajji expressly permits otherwise in writing.
• Abuse & Collusion: gbajji reserves the right to void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional offers, or any form of collusion between accounts.

gbajji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the cancellation of future promotional offers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the gbajji Platform use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting markets are offered with transparent odds set by gbajji's trading team in accordance with industry standards.

• All bets are final once confirmed. gbajji will not reverse a bet solely because a Player has changed their mind after placement.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or sporting event that renders the outcome void, gbajji will refund the relevant stake to the Player's Wallet.
• gbajji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, including due to system clock errors or data feed delays.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at time of placement.
• gbajji does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, sport, or market. Game providers may update, suspend, or remove titles from the Platform at any time.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your gbajji login credentials secure. gbajji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You should use a unique, complex password for your gbajji Account and enable two-factor authentication where available.

gbajji employs SSL/TLS encryption on all pages and API endpoints. Session tokens are invalidated upon logout and expire automatically after a period of inactivity. Despite these measures, gbajji cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible cyber threats and recommends that Players take their own precautions, including using up-to-date antivirus software and avoiding access to their Accounts on shared or public devices.

8. Responsible Gaming

gbajji is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following tools free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set via your Account settings and take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure automatic pop-up reminders at customisable intervals to encourage awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be applied upon Player request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gbajji Platform — including but not limited to the gbajji brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of gbajji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of gbajji.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbajji's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

gbajji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gbajji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gbajji is not responsible for interruptions to Platform availability caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, third-party payment processor failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action.

11. Privacy & Data

gbajji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at gbajji.bid/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

gbajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through the Platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against gbajji without valid cause.
• Harassment, abusive conduct, or threats directed toward gbajji staff or other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, gbajji reserves the right to withhold any funds remaining in the Wallet pending investigation. If no criminal activity is established, legitimate real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within 30 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gbajji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at gbajji.bid/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between a Player and gbajji that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process shall be escalated to gbajji's internal disputes resolution team. gbajji aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a final resolution within 28 business days of receiving all relevant information. gbajji's decision on all betting and gaming disputes, including those relating to the application of bonus terms, shall be final and binding unless demonstrable error is shown.
